Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Baree products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns in line with UK consumer law.

Change of mind (14-day right to cancel)

• You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and request a refund.
• To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare.
• If you cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.
• Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, you pay the return postage.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email returns@bareeskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days, we’ll offer a repair or replacement; if that isn’t possible, we’ll refund you.
• For accepted claims, we’ll cover reasonable return postage or provide a pre-paid label.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@bareeskincare.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorisation (if applicable).
3. Package items securely. Keep your postage receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

• We process refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of proof you’ve sent them back, whichever is earlier).
• Original delivery charges are refunded on valid cancellations (standard delivery only).

Exclusions & notes

• Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Gift cards and free promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• For bundles/sets, individual items may be returnable if unopened; otherwise return the full set.
